raw desserts for a few weeks and I am almost ready to share them so get ready! Last
week was a crazy week because I decided to go to Edmonton on a week night for a
blender chef workshop with David Wolfe.
It was amazing even if I had to drive back right away and got home at 4am! If
you haven’t heard of him already I suggest you learn a bit about him. He is
such a great, down to earth guy!

Ingredients:
1 Whole wheat tortilla
2 Big Red Kale leaves
¼ cup Basil Cashew Cheeze
10 Cherry Tomatoes halved
2 mini Bell Peppers (Or half of a
regular Bell Pepper)
2 Garlic Cloves
3 Big Basil Leaves
Nutritional yeast to taste
